Pricing
What does it cost to switch between plans?
Upgrades are possible at any time and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at month end. No switching fees.
Example: If you upgrade from Starter ($299) to Professional ($799) on the 15th of the month, you only pay the difference prorated for the remaining 15 days: ($799-$299)/2 = $250 additional.
Are there hidden costs or setup fees?
No. The listed prices are monthly, plus applicable taxes. No setup fees, no hidden costs. All features are included in the price. For Enterprise plans, custom implementations may incur additional costs, which will be communicated transparently beforehand.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
You can export all your data before cancellation as CSV or Excel. After cancellation, all data will be permanently deleted after 30 days (GDPR-compliant). Your reports and dashboards remain accessible until the end of your subscription period.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, all plans can be cancelled monthly. No minimum term, no cancellation period. You can cancel at any time at the end of the month. For Enterprise contracts, individual agreements can be made.
